• How long does delivery take?
POS ACRYLICS dispatch every day Monday to Friday (not including Bank Holidays). We offer a FAST delivery service! All display items can be delivered with in 2 - 3 working days from stock to a mainland UK address if ordered before 12pm. Delivery to the rest of UK and Europe is also very fast - please call us for more information.

• If I am not completely satisfied can I return my acrylics?
Yes - Our main priority at POS ACRYLICS is customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a money-back gurarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Just contact us for details.

• Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do. We deliver to most European countries. We can provide you with shipping prices right away, just contact one of our team and they will be happy to assist you.

• Do you use environmentally friendly materials?
At present certain products do use environmentally friendly materials . We also have an ambitious environmental policy where we are continually looking to minimise the environmental impact of manufacturing products that we sell.

• Do you print on displays?
Yes we can print on most of our products . The minimum production run is 25 units and prices vary depending on size, number of print colours and quantity of print run. Please email your artwork with your enquiry for a quotation

• Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes we do, but it is only £6.00+ Delivery &VAT.

• What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit/Debit Card - Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Solo Pro forma invoice - This can be paid in advance by cheque, BACS or CHAPS

• Do I get charged a percentage for payments by card?
No you don’t. Although some companies will charge up to 4% of your order value.
